Can you guide me with detailed procedure for accessing Technology Development in Indian Language (Oriya) to obtain Oriya spell checker, thesaurus in Oriya language and E-mail application in Oriya Language. Also I am interested in Web based information dissemination and services, Net education and information on Art, Culture, tourist locations of Orissa etc with Oriya Language Interface to the Web.
