Hotel Management is the academic study of the hospitality industry. As you want to purse course related to food section in hotel management, you can opt for various diploma, certificate, degree, etc. related courses such as

2. Bachelor of Catering Technology & Culinary Arts
3. Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Catering Management
4. Bakery and Confectionery course
5. Certificate in Food & Beverage Service
6. Food Production (F.P.P) Kitchen

Eligibility: - 
1. You should have passed 10+2 or equivalent from any recognised board.
2. You have to appear JEE NCHMCT, CET (GGSIPU) BHMCT, etc. entrance exams followed by group discussion and personal interview to seek for admission in degree courses. However, required percentile for admission varies from course to course and college to college.
