Dear student,

As a Computer Science engineer, you have various career opportunities such as –

• Computer Programmer

• Engineering Support Specialist

• R&D Applications Engineer/Scientist

• Academic Research Editor

• Software Developer-Engineering Automation

• Voice Engineer

• Software Engineer- Market Data Engineering

As for preparation to get good jobs, participate in the placement facility of your college. Make sure you look presentable during your interview, wear formals ironed and clean clothes. Sit up straight and look confident. Answer every question that the interviewer asks and if you don’t know an answer, politely tell him that you don’t know the answer. They are people with years of experience, if you try and lie, they will catch you.

Also, make sure that you do your research on the company whose interview you are going for. Research about the company’s statistics, what they do, what their turnover is, projects involved etc.

The main thing is to look confident, honest and show the willingness to learn and perform. Hope this helps!
