Hi ,I am a proffessional banker with 7+ years of experience i wish to do CS ,could you plesae guide on what levels would i have to undergo and where to contanct

Hi,

 

Company Secretary (CS) is a professional course which is conducted by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). This programme has been introduced for Senior Secondary (10+2 or its equivalent) pass students desirous of a making career as Company Secretary.

 

Eligibility: - After 10+2 in science, commerce or arts, excluding fine arts, one can enroll for the CS programme conducted through distance mode in three stages: Foundation (eight-month), executive and professional. Graduates in any discipline except fine arts need to do only the last two levels. After clearing the executive or professional course, one completes 16 months of training in a company or under a practicing CS.
