Dear Student,

If you have submitted your application form then you can ‘t change the details you have mentioned earlier. Instead you could call up the institute for which you provided incorrect information & ask them for a solution/ rectification in the form. You should have a token ID or number against your submission. Use that for reference. 

Alternatively, mail the college and see if they can do anything.
