Hello student, 

There are two ways to get the admission form of NIFT-

The NIFT 2012 Application Form can be obtained from selected branches of AXIS and IDBI Bank across the country on payment of Rs 250/-. (the list of selected branches is available on NIFT official website)

NIFT Application Form 2012 can also be obtained from any of the NIFT centres by hand for Rs. 250/- or by post on payment of Rs. 350/- by way of demand draft in favour of NIFT payable at New Delhi.
