Don’t get disheartened if you couldn’t make it that great in some areas. There is always a better path waiting for you. As you have mentioned that you have completed your B Com and have gained knowledge in Chartered Accountancy (but was unable to clear it), you can easily opt for MBA and join the managerial line. An MBA is a reputed career field with high dividends in future.

To get admission in an MBA college you can appear for exams like MAT, CAT, XAT and get admission to college of your choice. There are many colleges which conduct their own examination for admission and do not ask for CAT/MAT or any other scores.
