I have done diploma in multimedia & animation and am workin as a graphics designer in a local news channel of ranchi. I am not satisfied with the pay scale & wish to move to a national channel. I would like to know what would be the approximate pay in a good news channel for a graphics designer and how should I make my approach as i never heard that external recruitments are not done for these posts
