I have low percentage in my UP board 12th exam, Can i give class 12th improvement exam from IGNOU or NOIS? I am passed class 12th from UP board in 2012. But my persentage is low. I wish to improve my class 12th marks. Can i give class 12th improvement exam from IGNOU or NOIS? If yes then what is the process to improve 12th marks from IGNOU or NOIS?

No, you can’t give improvement exams from any other board as you have passed your 12^th class from UP Board. But if you want to give improvement exams from UP Board then you have to contact to UP Board for the procedure.
