Some of them include – Journalism & Mass Communication, Human Rights, Law, Graphic Design, Hotel Management, Fashion Designing, Photography etc. You should take a call basis your strengths & talents. Assess what interests you the most, then do some R & D around it.

You said you don’t want to go for M. A (English). Did you know that there are specific PG courses on feature writing and the like? You could also pursue that! Sky is the limit. All you need to do is explore.
