Believe in yourself. That’s the biggest step that you need to take to build up confidence. Next, communicate with people where you are able to convince them and for that read a lot, expand your knowledge base.  Take up projects/ set deadlines for yourself that you would otherwise think that you cannot do. Once you fulfil them, you will feel good and confident.
