Airport Operations includes all activities performed at an airport: facility management, security, coordination & monitoring of aviation safety, aircraft parking & refueling, air traffic control, environment issues, catering, baggage & cargo handling & businesses activities at international & domestic airports. Contrary to popular belief, air hostess, cabin crew is not part of airport operations. If you want to be a part of airport operations, then pursue a course in aviation & hospitality management coupled with some business management skills.
