
Faculty of Law is a part of Mody Institute of Technology and Science. The institute offers undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctoral courses in Law.
Infrastructure Overview: Gigantic campus with 69 buildings covering an area of approximately 12 lacs sq. ft. , connected by approximately 10 km internal roads , including huge academic and other buildings, hostels with spacious corridors, big terraces and luxurious rooms brushed with the fragrance of lush green gardens with sprawling lawns harbouring delightful trees and forming a picturesque setting. The whole campus has been beautifully landscaped with waterfalls, fountains, orchards, lawns, forests and a water body, literally transforming the Shekhawati belt of the Thar desert into an oasis.
Hostel Details: The institute hostels rooms are spacious, well furnished, self-contained and well maintained. The hostel also has the unique telecom facility for incoming calls only. They come with the basic amenities like bed, table, chair, small cupboard and electrical fittings. A recreation hall with facilities for indoor games like chess, carom encourages students to make good use of their leisure time. One L.C.D. TV per hostel is also provided. Each hostel has GNM to take care of students including emergency medical needs. All units strive hard to ensure that the students enjoy their stay here.
Laboratory Details:Institute has the these labs which are equipped with latest equipments: Computer Labs, Electronics Labs, Electrical Machinery Lab, Mechanical & Electrical Workshop and Physics & Chemistry Labs.
Classrooms Details: All the classrooms of the institute are well furnished with all modern facilities.
Library Details:MITS has three separate enriched, well-stocked modern libraries for FET , FMS and FASCL to cater to the needs of all the streams being taught. The libraries have been using software namely "Alice for windows" with a package to automate the function and services. Both the libraries are member of Developing Library Network (DELNET). With this, the libraries can access the database of seven hundred thirty four national and international libraries. One can view 35,10,946 records, which include database of books,theses and dissertations and articles of various periodicals.
