Infrastructure Overview: The Institute campus spans over 60 acres of superbly landscaped area at Aravali foothills comprising 9 Buildings interspersed with 17 acre amateur golf course, Half Olympic size all weather state of art swimming pools, Olympic size 400 mts 8 lane athletic tracks, A comfortable student compatible boarding.
Hostel Details: Purpose-built, centrally air-conditioned residences (separate for boys & girls) provide around 500 rooms for undergraduates and postgraduates. Ensuite rooms; with attached bath(facility of hot & cold water)and study-rooms can be shared between 2 or 4 students. The common room shared between 4 or 8 students comes complete with a service unit and refrigerator. All our accommodation is well furnished and maintained to a high standard. All rooms have network ports and high speed network/internet access. Bed linen and blankets or duvets are also provided.
Laboratory Details:The institute is committed to providing the fully-equipped laboratory facilities for practical and hands-on experience to our engineering students. Electronics lab facilities include ‘the art of Electronics’, ‘Sensing and Signals’, the upcoming ‘Computer & Control’ among others. The Computer Systems Laboratory provides best-in-class software and teaching aids.
The Mechanical Engineering Laboratory includes Pro/E software available in the computers, ‘the World of Manufacturing’ Lab, ‘Strength & Material Lab’, ‘Transport Technology Lab’, and ‘Energy Sustainability Lab’ among others.
Classrooms Details: All the classrooms are well furnished with the latest facilities.
Library Details:The GDGWI library has over ten thousand titles in Economics, Management, Law, and Engineering. A large reading room that can seat over 100 students at a time, dedicated staff and resources, technologically-enabled A/V facilities and a comfortable setting allow students to optimize their time at the institute.
