
The ITM Institute of Hotel Management was founded by Prof. P. V. Ramana in 2002 at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai in academic collaboration with Queen Margaret University College, Edinburgh, UK. The ITM Institute of Hotel Management is a part of ITM Trust, a parent body of the Institute for Technology & Management, a pioneering & reputed business school of India.
Infrastructure Overview: Carrying on with the trend of providing world-class education, ITM campuses are completely state of the art in terms of academic infrastructure & latest technology. Hostel Details: A set of four luxurious guest rooms with an attached housekeeping department is located on the campus, ensuring the students get the feel of a luxury hotel while training. To make these housekeeping practical’s as realistic as possible, these rooms are occupied by visiting faculty and other guests of the institute.
Laboratory Details:The campus has wireless-connectivity throughout enabling students with their laptops to stay connected all throughout, apart from having a dedicated technology Laboratory. It has 30 P4 computers, with a full suite of software, all with internet facilities and access to printers.
Classrooms Details: The Institute has Kitchen Class rooms for Hotel Management Training like the basic Training Kitchen, Quantity Food Kitchen, Advanced Training Kitchen, Bakery.
Library Details:An exhaustive collection of latest journals and books including access to a number of on-line journals is available for students throughout the day. Academic research is given significant importance in ITM-IHM, assisting students to develop their analytical skills & critical thinking abilities.
