More about School of Aeronautics (Cabin Crew)

Even though there is no basic education and learning required to become a skillful air hostess or even a flight steward, but one can usually choose to join an Air Hostess Training Institute.

In fact, till at some time back, all those girls who were good looking, assured and intelligent, could easily become an Air Hostess with a reputed airline. But everything has changed during recent years, a lot of new institutes have come up, which train and also teach aspiring air hostesses and flight stewards.

Nevertheless the basic element of appearance and intelligence still remains. Being an air hostess or a flight steward is obviously very different from becoming a pilot. The common responsibility of all of them would be to take utmost proper care of their passengers. The essential difference is that a pilot has to take care of their lives with his flying skills and an air hostess has to ensure that the passengers get pleasure from their beautiful & comfortable journey.

It is without doubt that Air Hostess / Flight Steward is the right career to be chosen, if a lady /gentleman loves to travel, meet new people and work hard. Women / Men who are aged between 19 and 25 years are eligible for these training programs.

There are several shortcomings as well, as a possible Air Hostess / Flight Steward needs to cope up with strange working hours, has to always sport a pleasing air (even if she’s /he’s not really feeling good concerning something) and has to manage passengers with ease. Anybody that feels has the talent to do all this will certainly dedicate his/her 100% in being an Air Hostess / Flight Steward or a trip steward or be a part of the cottage crew.

An aspirant can opt from different Air Hostess coaching modules available. These kinds of modules are divided on the basis of time. The particular module which they decide on can be a short-term Air Hostess training course which stretches for 12 months or more.

The focus of the courses is to enhance the confidence level, develop his or her overall personality, to comprehend the best and the many pleasant way to deal with people, to carry yourself with grace, and work on various other complex aspects related to flying. During flying, if you find any crisis, it's a personnel Navigant, who performs a significant role in keeping the passenger calm and patient as well as helping them handle the situation in the finest manner possible. So that all this in turn makes the job of an air person hosting or a flight steward is brimming with responsibility.
