Course details

The College offers Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) course. It's a 4 years + 1 year Intership.
Admission Criteria:

The candidate seeking admission to the first year B.D.S. course should have passed 2nd pre-university course/12th std or equivalent exam with minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate of PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY & BIOLOGY as optional subjects and pass in ENGLISH language subject (40% in the case of SC/ST/Category-1 candidates of Karnataka State). Selection is based on entrance exam held by the Government and the University.

Library
The central library at the main block of the college building has a seating capacity for 150 students. There are departmental libraries also attached to each department for the teaching staff. At present, there are nearly 7,500 books are available in the library on dental as well as medical subjects. Numerous journals on different subjects in dentistry and related medical subjects are also available in the college library.
