i need to know about corporate law course and duration of the course. do i need to give an entrance exam also?

    The study of corporate law provides knowledge in the general corporate matters, which includes incorporation of companies, director and shareholder rights, board meetings, secretarial matters and so on. Eligibility: The candidate should have passed 10+2 from a recognized board and need to appear for the CLAT entrance test to take admission in the top government and private colleges of India. Courses/Eligibility BA LLB: Duration - 5 Years, After completing 12th L.L.B: Duration - 3 Years, After completing graduation L.L.M is a postgraduate course in law, you can pursue it after completing BA LLB Law Courses/Colleges in India Thanks

    • BA LLB: Duration - 5 Years, After completing 12th
