Dear Ms. Anita If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc. The selection process in B-schools generally consists of : A. Past Academic record. B. Scores in entrance tests. C. Group Discussion. D. Personal Interview. E. Work experience. Please note that each B-schools shortlists candidates for second stage of selection process which may be independent of each other. The process may include - Written Test. - Group Discussions. - Personal Interviews. Performance in various management entrance tests is an important component in the admission process.

    Hi Anita,

In order to take admission in MBA program in India, you need to have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Most reputed colleges across India provide admission to their MBA program on the basis of national management entrance exams while some conduct their own entrance. Also, there are numerous colleges that provide direct admission to their MBA program but most of them are not even AICTE approved. So, advise you to prepare for the management entrance exam before taking admission in MBA program.

As you haven’t mentioned any particular college in your query, we can’t provide you exact details about the admission. The admission and selection procedure, eligibility criteria, entrance exam, percentage, fee structure and other requirements vary between colleges.
