I want to know about GNM ( General Nursing and Midwifery ) Course Details.

Dear sir, this inquiry is for my relative, she has passed 10+2 with 57 % art stream (. without English compulsory) can she get admission for GNM course or not?

    Dear Student,

    As per the official website of the School of Nursing, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, the college offers GNM ( General Nursing and Midwifery Course).

    Eligibility:-

    • The minimum and maximum age for admission will be 17 to 22 years on or before the first day of the month, of the year of admission.If reserved seats are not filled, it will go to the general category.
    • 10+2 Class passed with Science/Commerce/Arts with an aggregate of 50% (English is compulsory).
    • Admission will be made on the basis of Merit of the Entrance Test and Merit List declared by School of Nursing.

    Mode of Entrance Test:-

    • Entrance Test will be for 2 hours.The medium of test will be English. Entrance test includes subjects English, General Knowledge and 10th class science. The Student will be called for counselling/admission according to merit list displayed.

    Fee Structure:-

    First Year( Admission Fee, Academic Fee, Transport, Breakage, Miscellaneous): Rs.1,00,000.

    Second Year: Rs.1,00,000.

    Third Year: Rs.1,00,000.


    Mode of Selection:-

    • Admission will be made on the basis of Merit of the Entrance Test and Merit List declared by School of Nursing.

    How to Apply:-  Purchase the prospectus from the Sir Ganga Ram School of Nursing by paying Rs. 1000/- Duly filled application

    from along with the following documents should be send:

    1.Photocopy of Class X result.

    2.Photocopy of Class XII result.

    3.Date of Birth Certificate.
