SBI Clerk 2018 Exam - Selection Process

SBI Clerk recruitment process starts with the online invitation of applications for Prelim exam. Candidates who successfully clear Prelim exam are selected for the Main exam. SBI Clerk Eligibility Criteria for Agricultural Associates:

·         Age limit for the applicants for this profile is 21 to 30 years with relaxation for reserved categories

·         Candidates should have completed graduation in Agriculture from a Government recognized University

Candidates studying in final year of graduation can also apply for SBI Clerk 2018 exam, but they need to produce proof of passing graduation whenever demanded.

Application fees detail

To complete the application process for SBI Clerk Exam 2018, candidates need to pay the application fee. Candidates from General and OBC category need to pay INR 600 while the application fee for candidates from SC/ST/PwD needs to pay INR 100. You can make online payment through debit/credit card or net banking.

SBI Clerk Exam Pattern

SBI Clerk exam 2018 will be divided in three stages:

·         Stage 1: Preliminary Exam

·         Stage 2: Main Exam

·         Stage 3: Personal Interview

Preliminary Exam:

It includes 100 marks objective type questions. The questions are divided into three sections: English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. Candidates get 60 minutes to complete the exam.

Mains Exam:

Candidates who clear SBI Clerk prelims qualify for SBI Mains Exam. This is an online exam of 2 hours and 40 minutes. Main exam includes 190 questions of 200 marks divided in various sections such as General English, Financial Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Computer Aptitude and Reasoning Ability.

·         There is negative marking of 1/4 marks for each wrong answer.

·         Question papers are available in both Hindi and English language.

·         Candidates need to score a minimum overall cut-off in both Prelims and Mains exam to qualify for the interview round.
