SBI PO 2018 Overview
State Bank of India (SBI) is an Indian multinational, public sector bank which organises its own entrance exams for recruitment of various officers at a different level. SBI PO 2018 notifications will be released soon for the Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee recruitment drive 2018-19. State Bank of India (SBI) is inviting applications for the recruitment of Probationary Officers in State Bank of India (SBI). The State Bank of India conducts the examination in two phases i.e. Preliminary and Main Examination to select the eligible candidates for the post of Probationary Officers. The final merit will be prepared on the basis of the candidates’ performance in the Main examination (Phase II) and GD & Interview (Phase III) taken together.
SBI PO 2018 Selection Process
SBI PO exam will be organized in three steps including Preliminary exam, Main exam and personal interview. Candidates who successfully qualify all three stages will be selected for the final merit in SBI PO 2018 exam.
Stage-1: Preliminary Exam that includes 100 Objective type questions of 100 marks
Stage-2: Main Exam including 155 Objective type questions of 200 marks and a descriptive question of letter, essay or story writing of 50 marks
Stage-3: Group discussion & Personal Interview (20 & 50 Marks)

· For General (PWD) category- 7 attempts
· OBC category- 7 attempts
· OBC (PWD)- 7 attempts
· SC/ST (PWD)- No restriction
