Is this a good move? I don't know.... One the one hand, it will create a uniform syllabus across India and the parametres will be just. On the other hand, it could create massive confusion as different state boards follow a different syllabus and even the centre too. Plus, leaving a student's future to one exam could be bit of a gamble....if a student misses the CAT, it means he loses out on the whole year?
