LLB in Intellectual Property Rights Eligibility Criteria

Following is the minimum criteria of eligibility needed to be fulfilled for admission to the course.

  •  A candidate must have a 3-year long Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised University with a minimum aggregate score of 45% (40% for SC/ST candidates).
  •  Applicants appearing for the final year graduation examination are also eligible to apply for LLB in Intellectual Property Rights.

The admission to the course is done in two stages:

1. A relevant entrance examination such as LSAT is required. Previous year’s valid LSAT scores are also considered and those appearing for LSAT may submit their LSAT India Registration number, however, such admissions will be provisional based on the LSAT India percentile ranks.
