If you want to pursue MBBS then you need to appear and pass the entrance examination for the same. Also, you cannot pursue MBBS along with BDS. As you are already pursuing BDS it is advisable to continue with it and do MDS later for better prospect. However, if you still interested in MBBS then you need to appear for the entrance examination.
