Hi Yadav, i have read your post but you have not mentioned your percentage of 12th, plz do mention your percentage properly, i have also posted same kind of query as i have 81.3% in my 12th and i have received so many replies from some one expert over here and others too, and they told me different colleges but i have seen an college CET IILM, they do provide scholarship program other than the goverment scholarship based on the percentage of 12th. I have visited this college in greater noida, and they have offered me 55% scholarship over my tution fee. I would suggest you to once visit this college, www.iilm.ac.in/gnoida

hi.. you can opt for Btech at UTM Shillong. I've heard it's a really good college with an amazing campus and infrastructure. My cousin is studying there and he loves it. You can check out the site for scholarship but it is really good I've heard. It's the LAST day for application for BTech so apply right now! All the best! http://www.utm.ac.in/UTM-Campaign/index.php?media=UTMWebsite

Most state governments, including Delhi’s, offer merit-based scholarships to all SC/ST/OBC students who are pursuing post-matriculation/ post-secondary (college/university) studies in government-recognised institutions, according to the scholarship scheme prevalent in the state. In Delhi, to avail of the scholarship, students have to obtain a minimum of 60 per cent marks in the senior secondary exam and the family income of OBC students should not exceed Rs 1 lakh. The family income condition is not applicable in the case of SC/ST students. The amount and eligibility criteria for the scholarship depend on the scheme prevalent in the state. The scheme is implemented by the Department for the Welfare of SC/ST/OBC/Minorities of the state government concerned. For more details regarding the scheme, you can check the websites of the respective state governments. The Delhi government website is www.delhi.gov.in. Usha Albuquerque
