Campus looks great but is not well maintained. The campus area is very good.
Classrooms are amazing. Labs are great. Library has each and ever book you require.
Crowd is good. Extracurricular are the main stuff of DTU.
Amazing opportunities are given for the placements last year highest package was 2.6 cr.
1st year students are not taught by professors. They are taught by PG students some of them are really good and some of them are not as good as others. Their are different societies made for Gr. activities.

Although being at a corner of Delhi, it is well connected by the Delhi metro.
Be it any department, the labs are fully developed with all the facilities a student needs.
The seniors here are the best and it's a completely ragging free campus. Also it has got around 70 clubs for students to find their interests apart from academics.
With salary packages going up to crores, I don't think there is any need to talk on this topic.
Although the teachers here are much experienced but there is a need to modernise the methods of teaching for better results.

The college has two metro stations in close proximity, Rithala on the Red line and Samaypur Badli on the Yellow line, both being terminating stations which means you will get a seat always. The campus itself has plenty of hangout spots and still if you wish to explore outside, you would get a brilliant mix of semi-urban locale in Bawana and fancy restaurants in Rohini.
Having 16 hostels with probably the best mess food I've ever tasted, and numerous options of PG and flats right across the street is an added bonus. The academic facilities are at par with the IITs with brilliant labs and workshops and an updated curriculum.
DTU intakes students from all over the country and even students from abroad, which results in a perfect amalgamation of diversity in a classroom. Even though the infamous stereotype of there being a severe lack of women in engineering, our college fares better than most govt. colleges across the country, with a sex ratio of 1:11.844 Despite being a technical university, it has no shortage of opportunities in extra-curricular events, with the presence of a cultural fest, technical fest, literary fest, sports fest and a TEDx event.
I suppose this is the best part about the college. Having a record of over 95% placements every year, and the highest package being 1.27 Crores by Uber Technologies, and the median salary being 9 Lakhs per annum, what more could you ask for?
The professors in every department here have years of teaching and research experience and are mostly lenient with the students. Also the university curriculum is designed to have less load on the students on the academic aspect, providing them ample time to pursue their interests.

Everything is good except the area around campus need more shops to be open because the area is surrounded by the factories.
Experienced teachers with minimum 20 years of teaching experience.
As I mention that our college is under construction so just because of that our college will arrange fest in DTU Bawana campus for us.
All the teachers are well qualified, experienced with minimum 5 years to maximum 25 years. They take interest in us by arranging tutorials for us.

Tens of societies covering every field be it music, dance, tech, non tech, debating, incubation cells for startups. DTU is a great place to be of you are looking for something more than just cramming over syllabus.
Heard about lot of people getting awesome packages at big companies like Bajaj.
Some of the faculties provide real engineering experience by giving small project rather than written assignments like last week we had to use PCB to verify some theorem. It was good experience as one had to search chandni chowl for the material and learn more in the process.

Surrounding area is village area lacking facilities of transport, food etc.
The hostels are old. The academic facilities are average. The equipments in the labs are not that good.
Campus crowd is amazing and very helpful. In extracurriculars, great effort is made by seniors to improve and promote extracurricular activities.
Facts prove DTU is one of the best colleges as far as placements are considered.
Teachers lack knowledge and are not interested in teaching. Methodology is copy-paste from books the same language word by word on the whiteboard and also in explanation it seems the teacher is reading from a book.

Campus surrounding and campus accessibility is good.
The teachers have exceptional knowledge of the subject and the hostels are also very well made.
The crowd is amazing but focus on extracurricular activities is a little less.
The placements are really good and the package too.
Teachers use a very effective way of teaching and have full expertise on the subject.
