K.R. Mangalam University, also known as KRMU is a privately owned university located in Gurgaon. Established in 2013, the university is affiliated by UGC under section 22 of the UGC Act, 1956. It offers degree and diploma programmes to its candidates at undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG) and doctorate (PhD) level in streams including Business & Management Studies, Engineering, Medicine and Health Sciences, Architecture & Planning, etc.

Aspirants can apply through online and offline modes. They have the option to download the application form through the official website or get admission-cum-brochure from the university counter. For pursuing undergraduate courses from the university, the candidate needs to pass a senior secondary examination conducted from a recognized board. KR Mangalam University UG Admission

KR Mangalam University offers various courses at undergraduate level like B.Tech, B.Sc., BCA, B.Com L.L.B., B.M.M. etc. To be eligible, the aspirant must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board. There’ll also be an entrance test, GD/PD and PI that students have to clear to pursue any course from the university. Admission to B.Arch. will only be granted to students who’ve attempted NATA and have minimum 40% marks. The admission to UG Courses will be granted on the eligibility regulated by the university.

KR Mangalam University PG Admission

KR Mangalam University offers an array of Postgraduate courses under various specializations. The duration of most PG courses is two years. K.R. Mangalam University Application Process

Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria can apply for the course of their choice at KR Mangalam University.

The candidates can either choose to apply online or offline.

Aspirants who are seeking to get admission in programmes offered by the university need to follow the steps below:

  • Candidate needs to fill in the application form, which they can get at the university counter or on the official website.  The address of the university counter is - K.R. Mangalam University Campus, Sohna Road, Gurgaon, City Office: K.R. Mangalam Institute, N - Block, Greater Kailash - I, New Delhi- 110048.
  • Aspirants can either submit their duly filled forms either online or in hard copy along with a Demand Draft of INR 500/- as prescribed by the university.
  • Documents that are needed to be submitted along with the form are:  passing certificate of 12th, mark sheet of 12th, passing certificate of 10th, mark sheet of 10th, photocopy of AIEEE/UPSEE/MAT/CAT or other qualifying examination score card (if required), photocopy of id proof (school or driving license), original registration payment receipt, 6 passport size photographs (for id card, library card, etc.), character certificate (issued by senior secondary school board / Institute), medical certificate (issued by registered medical officer), undertaking (by parents and students) and proof of date of birth
  • Candidates should have minimum 50% of marks in their Senior Secondary Exam or Graduation
  • The aspirant who has attempted any National Level Test including AIEEE/UPSEE/UGAT/ CAT/ MAT/SAT/ GMAT/ENAT/ EMAT will be the due advantage. Test score needs to be filed.
  • The student needs to attend Group Discussion/ Personal Interview as required. Admission Department will inform the student about the GD/ PD and PI
  • Once the candidate has been shortlisted, other admission formalities are needed to be done.

                                                                         OR

  • The candidate shall opt for the seat of his / her choice out of the seats available and proceed immediately to deposit fee, through Demand Draft of Rs.25000/- at the Fee Counter. Rest of the fee could be deposited as per the fee schedule.
  • If a candidate after selection fails to deposit the fee within the stipulated time, his/ her right of admission will be cancelled. However, he/she may be considered for allotment of seat at a later as per the availability of seat at that point of time
  • On the day of orientation, the students will be required to submit their relevant documents at the Registration Desk. 

K.R. Mangalam University Selection Process

Final selection would depend on the candidate’s performance in the entrance examination, group discussion and personal interview along with past academic records and extracurricular activities.

The University will consider the points given below for taking any admissions:

  • The candidate would be required to appear for a qualifying entrance test in the desired field.
  • He/she would have to appear for GD and Personal Interview after clearing the entrance test
  • On the basis of these parameters, students would be shortlisted and invited to take admission in the university.
  • The final list of students selected along with the waiting list will be announced.
  • Group Discussion and Personal Interview would be on current topics

The final selection will be based on candidates overall performance in the written test, group discussion and personal interview and past academic records.

The K.R Mangalam University is spread over the Campus area of 26 Acres. The University promotes Greenery, and thereby, the campus is surrounded by lawns and gardens. The whole campus is well furnished and centrally Air-conditioned. Classrooms, Laboratories, Library, Hostel, Computer Labs, Sports, and other extra Curricular facilities are available at the University Campus. The central cafeteria is the student hub. It is spacious, and its acoustic design of the Cafeteria reduces the noise level.
