Available College Facilities

Sharda University aims to provide world class facilities to its students with state-of-the-art infrastructure. It believes that a great infrastructure is necessary for the growth of students. It provides laboratories for the purpose of research, sports for the purpose of recreation, auditoriums, etc. are all part of its learning process. The university offers power backup, transportation facilities, communication, banking etc. Internet connectivity is not a problem in the university classrooms, laboratories and library and makes use of audio visual aids, LCD and projectors for imparting education. They are completely Wi-Fi enabled. 


Sharda University boasts of pampering its students by providing them with world class amenities. Newspapers, books, nutritious food (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian),  safe drinking water, 24x7 water supply etc. The university hostel provides the students a feeling of being at home. There are AC as well as Non AC hostel for boys and girls accommodating around 3200 students. The rooms are single/double/triple sharing and six seated dormitory for Nursing Students.

Different schools of the university have varied laboratories. The School of Engineering has around fourty one labs, School of medicine has twenty eight labs.


Many sports events are conducted in the university throughout the year. The facilities include basketball court, badminton court, tennis courts, football ground, hockey and cricket field. Professional coaches are also available to train the students.

Libraries are the centre of academic life in the campus. The libraries are spacious with a wide and varied collection of books, journals, periodicals and reference material. The university has also subscribed to DELNET and other Internet Libraries. The library remains open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on regular days and for 19-20 hours during examinations.
